Do not include brackets

Most commands listed on this wiki may include parameters. The <> and [] are not included in these commands, but are used to signify command parameters.

<> means the parameter is required, while [] means it is optional. We don't unnecessarily add things around text.

When there is no context of a command, <> likely means a formatting variable, whilst {{}} means a formatting function. In functions, <> may be used to signify parameters, unless it is <bl>, which just means to use a blank parameter.
